Field Service Unit – a handheld device paired with numerous software tools for testing and configuration
Handheld Configurator and Tester – in-field configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of meter Communications Modules and network devices
Communications Tester – software that tests and collects data for troubleshooting Silver Spring Communications Modules (formerly CATT)

Electricity Meter Tool

Electricity Communications Module Tester – software that pairs with the FSU to test communications on the meter Communications Module, for use in the meter shop prior to installation (formerly MANTIS)

Bridge Configurator – enables utilities to configure Bridges in the field or lab
