Amy Cappellanti-Wolf Joins Silver Spring Networks as Chief Human Resources Officer
Redwood City, CA, July 9, 2009 - Silver Spring Networks, a leading Smart Grid network solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Amy Cappellanti-Wolf to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Amy will be responsible for providing employee and leadership development at Silver Spring Networks and will play a key role in driving talent recruitment as the company continues its growth worldwide. Amy will report directly to Scott Lang, Chairman, CEO and President of the company.

Amy brings broad, cross-industry experience from her human resources executive roles with Cisco, Sun, Disney and Frito-Lay. Most recently, she served as VP of Human Resources at Cisco Systems, Inc., where she designed cutting edge leadership development programs, talent identification and acquisition strategies and built the human resources roadmap for the company.
